The Skywalker series was built around an imitated direct-fire roasting system — a patented approach that reproduces the heat-transfer behaviour of a traditional direct-fire drum while running on clean electric power. It is supported by a smokeless roasting process, so you smell the roast but see almost no smoke, which is the single biggest reason home and café users abandon other machines. Fast preheating and fast cooling functions shorten the cycle before and after each batch, and every unit is designed around real flavour outcomes rather than spec-sheet numbers.

Dual System Delta (300–500 g) — dual temperature sensors, 7"–8" touch control, Akimita native system plus full Artisan software compatibility for curve-based profile design.

Every model uses a food-grade stainless steel drum, convection and radiant heating, adjustable drum speed, and a dedicated cooling cycle of roughly 3–5 minutes. Batch times run 5–10 minutes per drum after preheat, which means a 500 g machine can realistically deliver 3–5 kg per hour of roasted coffee — genuine semi-commercial throughput at a fraction of commercial equipment cost.

Quality is a process, not a promise

Quality assurance at our Shunde facility starts with incoming material inspection and continues through CNC machining, assembly, and a 24-hour burn-in test on every finished unit. Temperature sensors are calibrated against reference instruments, drum rotation is verified under load across multiple roast cycles, and smoke filtration is tested under real operating conditions. Products carry CE, CB, LFGB, FDA and ROHS certifications, so distributors can place them into regulated markets without a second thought.

From Akimita to "Mita / 觅它"

Akimita also builds brands, not just machines. "Mita" (觅它) is our original specialty coffee brand created for the Chinese domestic market, born from the premium pour-over equipment brand Akimita. The name is the transliteration of "mita" — a deliberate inheritance of the Akimita legacy — while 觅 means "to seek," expressing a continuous pursuit of refinement. The blue 觅它 logotype, the water-drop motif and the blue background express the water element at the heart of specialty coffee, and give the brand the confidence of a modern guochao identity. Under this brand, the Skywalker roaster series and the Black Diamond pour-over series sit together as one complete specialty coffee story.
